Glenn Morgan's spinal cord injury restricts any movement below his neck. He was supported by VR to attend college and earned an MS in social work. Glenn is also certified as a Microsoft Certified Systems Engineer, yet he was still unemployed for over 20 years.

Glenn attended a self-employment training and Vocational Rehabilitation Counselor training project on the Island of Kuai. Glenn went from volunteer work due to his perceived concerns of losing his Medicaid, to developing a business plan and business. He successfully acquired startup funding from SSA PASS and VR. He retained his Medicaid through an individualized SSI 1619(b) threshold. Glenn launched a successful business that generates over $80,000 per year in gross sales. His business allowed him to accumulate operating capital at an accelerated pace. He purchased a condo that he and his business now co-own in Honolulu. Today, Glenn is an exceptionally talented and successful business owner of Morgan Computer Consulting.
